Large black lithograph depicting Henri Rochefort full-length, elegantly dressed, holding a cane, with a top hat in the background. Signed “THÉO” in the stone. A press portrait of the journalist and polemicist Henri Rochefort, founder of *La Lanterne* and a leading figure in the opposition to the Second Empire. Lithograph on paper. Some foxing and soiling, small tears, and minor damage to the margins.
