Colored satirical lithograph depicting William I addressing Bismarck, both caricatured against a night sky featuring a crescent marked “Paris.” Caption: “William. Stop it, Bismarck, you’re messing up again. I told you so, Mein Gott! Mein Gott!! What a mess you’ve gotten me into!!!!!” A French satire criticizing Prussian conduct of the war and the siege of Paris. Paper slightly browned; small foxing spots and signs of wear.
