The collection comprises 100 lots and documents, in particular, Dora Maar’s photographs as well as works related to Brassaï, Izis, Man Ray, and Rogi André. Today, it constitutes an interesting documentary source regarding the dispersal of the estate and the identification of certain prints. The reproductions notably showcase Dora Maar’s surrealist experiments, her photomontages and late prints, as well as several portraits and documents related to her studio.
