The publication is well-cataloged in several public collections under this title and with the address of the C. Van Cortenbergh printing house; one bibliographed copy has 55 pages. Showing significant signs of wear: cover is faded, scuffed, and stained; extensive wear and marginal tears; spine and seams are brittle; interior appears to be in significantly better condition.
