MOROCCO - Moroccan Red Crescent, traditional jewelry, block of four An interesting, mint set of four stamps in a 2 × 2 block with margins, featuring the Moroccan Red Crescent and traditional Moroccan jewelry. Two upper blue denominations of 0.25 + 0.05 surcharge and two lower orange denominations of 0.70 + 0.10 surcharge. Top and bottom margins feature Red Cross/Red Crescent emblems and the inscription “CROISSANT ROUGE MAR…”. The fact that the four stamps are kept together with their margins makes this piece significantly more interesting than individual stamps. Condition: mint; margins intact, old handwritten inscriptions in the upper margin.
