Copy preserved in its original publisher’s binding, with the embossed cover. Interior is clean and well-preserved. A few slight marks and stains on the cover; a small tear with a loss at the bottom of the spine, visible in the photographs. A good copy overall. *Les Noyers de l’Altenburg* is the revised French version of *La Lutte avec l’ange*, published in Switzerland during the war.
