This booklet is No. 3 in the “Historical Revelations” series and the first part of Laloy’s study devoted to the Man in the Iron Mask, which continued in several booklets between 1931 and 1933. Émile Laloy (1863–1938), an archivist, paleographer, and former curator at the National Library, had already taken a keen interest in the enigma of the Man in the Iron Mask. Print run not specified; no mention of a limited number of copies. The work is nevertheless rare in this original, separate format. Paperback copy, partially uncut.
