KRAMER (Manfred). The Mosan Psalter. Paris, Club du Livre, Philippe Lebaud, n.d. [1977]. In-8 loose-leaf volume, in the publisher’s slipcase covered with wood-grain paper, with a silver-stamped title on the front cover. A complete facsimile edition of the surviving fragment of the Mosan Psalter, a remarkable 12th-century illuminated manuscript. It includes an introductory booklet by Manfred Kramer and 20 pages of color reproductions of the manuscript’s folios. This publication was produced as part of the Club du Livre’s “Grands textes et civilisations” series. Institutional bibliographic references list 1977 as the publication date. A beautiful, complete copy in its slipcase, which shows some slight scuffing and minor signs of wear.
