First edition, published in a limited run of only 1,000 numbered copies, in addition to service copies; this one is no. 635. The BnF confirms that this is the first edition, with a print run of 1,000 copies and a collation of 46 pages. A personal account by Alfred Fabre-Luce (1899–1983) detailing his imprisonment at the Drancy camp. The work is a continuation of his *Journal de la France* and constitutes a testimony published immediately after the war. Copy preserved in its original binding. Spine and head and foot caps are worn with small losses; the cover is slightly rubbed and marked; the interior appears to be well preserved.
