The total print run is listed as 3,968 copies; the standard copies on Alfa constitute the majority of the print run, while the 68 special copies on Madagascar are significantly more sought after. This copy is complete with all the portraits and is in generally pleasant condition: the cover is intact, the spine is slightly faded, there are small marks and scattered foxing, and the interior is fairly fresh.
