GREAT BRITAIN — George VI — Royal Coat of Arms — 2 shillings 6 pence GREAT BRITAIN, reign of George VI. High-denomination stamp, 2 shillings 6 pence, green, featuring the British royal coat of arms surmounted by the profile of King George VI. A lion and a unicorn flank the royal shield; inscription “POSTAGE.” Used stamp, perforated. The postmark is quite heavy but the design is well preserved; a few short perforations, particularly on the sides.
