FRANCE — General Leclerc “Koufra-Strasbourg” 6 F + Luxembourg Palace 10 F — on a fragment Envelope fragment bearing two commemorative stamps: 6 francs “General Leclerc - Koufra-Strasbourg,” featuring a portrait of General Leclerc in front of tanks and Strasbourg Cathedral, designed by Raoul Serres; and 10 francs “Palais du Luxembourg - Paris,” blue. Both stamps are canceled together on a fragment, with a circular postmark apparently dated 1951 and a mechanical cancellation with wavy lines. A cohesive set from the period.
