Catalog of the exhibition *Olmec Art*, presented at the Rodin Museum in Paris from June 6 to 15, 1972. The BnF lists the volume as 91 pages and confirms the Rodin Museum edition, printed by Presses Artistiques. Texts by Jorge Dubón, Raúl Flores Guerrero, Alfonso Medellín Zenil, Octavio Paz, Carlos Pellicer, and Paul Westheim, with prefaces by Cécile Goldscheider and Ignacio Bernal, among others. An important catalog devoted to the Olmec civilization and its role in the development of pre-Columbian arts in Mexico. Beautiful illustrations featuring monumental sculptures, masks, figurines, ceramics, and ritual objects, primarily from the collections of the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City. Condition: good copy. Some scuffing and minor signs of wear on the cover, particularly on the spine and corners; interior in good condition.
