SPIROU - Journal Album, No. 78 Dupuis, 1961. Large quarto, hardcover, red cloth spine, front cover illustrated in color. A very fine vintage collection of *Le Journal Spirou*, corresponding to issue No. 78, a direct continuation of the great Franquin–Jidéhem era. The particularly striking cover depicts Spirou, Fantasio, and the Marsupilami in a southern urban setting, accompanied by a large tube marked with the letter “Z”—a direct reference to the world of Zorglub. This highly graphic illustration, set against a sun-drenched backdrop, belongs to the most sought-after period of the Dupuis collections from the early 1960s.
