The undersigned, “Presidents of the Bar, Members of the Council, and Attorneys for the Imperial Court of Colmar,” issue this statement following a deliberative consultation held in Paris (November 10, 1862) regarding issues pertaining to the number of deputies. The list of signatories follows. A document of both professional and political significance, reflecting the positions taken by the Colmar Bar Association during the Second Empire.
