It traces Modotti’s photographic career, from her early days working with Edward Weston to her work in Mexico, where she developed a major body of work combining modernism, political engagement, and social photography.

Condition: good copy. Hardcover showing several areas of scuffing and superficial scratches on the covers, minor dents on the corners and caps, as well as some signs of wear. Interior is in very fresh condition. A few discreet pencil annotations on the title page.
