It highlights an exceptional generation of photographers who profoundly shaped the history of modern photography, both in Hungary and abroad.
The book presents a significant selection of works by István Kerny, André Kertész, Brassaï, Robert Capa, Martin Munkácsi, François Kollar, László Moholy-Nagy, Nicolas Muller, Rudolf Balogh, Károly Escher, and many other major photographers, some of whom are now lesser known. It is supplemented by a specialized bibliography and a list of the works on display.
