[circa mid-nineteenth century], 1 page in-8 oblong on double sheet, autograph address to Dr. Garnier, with remnant red wax seal. Short but interesting letter of organization and meetings between colleagues: "I propose that we meet at 3 a.m. at Mr. Garnier's [...] Pick me up on the way and we'll go there together." Small working bill testifying to professional and scientific relations between Parisian doctors under the July Monarchy or the Second Empire. Elegant, legible handwriting. A few circulation creases and a slight trace of a marginal red stamp, not serious.
