Each document is headed by the typographical warning: "Come down to the office to register, otherwise the registration will be lost." A rare record of university and medical life in Paris in the early 19th century, illustrating the administrative workings of the prestigious Paris Faculty of Medicine and the formalities imposed on medical students under the restored monarchy.
