Superb black cylindrical collector's tin, produced in partnership with Max Havelaar (Fair Trade). The front features a magnificent reproduction of the legendary box from the album Tintin en Amérique, showing the famous reporter in a red-checkered shirt suspended from the front of a steam locomotive. Initially containing 250 g of premium ground coffee from small-scale producers, this tin ideally combines the aesthetics of Hergé's universe with a retro, decorative utility object. Batch features : Product type: Screen-printed metal tin with removable black lid. Official contents: Ground coffee 100% Pure Arabica (Fairtrade). Information and traceability: Bar code (5410173042557) and trilingual information (French, Dutch, English) perfectly legible on the back. Condition: Outer metal box: Excellent, near-new condition. The white and colored silk-screen printing is impeccable, with no major scratches, discoloration or dents in the metal. The black top cover caps the structure perfectly. Preservation status / Lid : Brand new, never opened. The tin still has its original sealed inner metal lid with its "easy open" tab intact. The coffee has thus remained totally preserved under vacuum, protected from the air. A beautiful, clean and authentic derivative, a must-have for any collector of the Tintin universe or lover of comic-book promotional items.
