BLAKE AND MORTIMER FANTASY CARS & VEHICLES (HACHETTE) No. 53: The Atlantis Riddle Patrol Boat Based on the album: Riddle of Atlantis. Collector's model in injection-molded plastic and metal, from the official Hachette collection, reproducing the green patrol ship with circular, futuristic lines designed by Edgar P. Jacobs for the Atlantean Guard. The miniature is presented disassembled on its card, next to its black circular display base bearing the inscription "Le Bateau Patrouilleur". Characteristics and contents of the lot: Status: mint in original sealed packaging (original plastic over-blister intact). Components included: * The green Atlantean patrol boat miniature. Dedicated black circular display stand. Exclusive documentary booklet n°53 inserted in the back. Condition: Vehicle: mint condition. The saucer-shaped model is ideally protected under its original transparent hard shell. The green hues of the bodywork and the upper central bubble are impeccable. Packaging / Booklet: The set is preserved fully sealed in its original bag. The large, soft blue cardboard backing is well preserved, showing only slight natural rippling at the top due to period storage, with no major folds. The background colors remain very fresh. A fine piece of retro sci-fi, perfectly complementing the technology section of the Atlantis civilization.
