BLAKE AND MORTIMER FANTASY CARS & VEHICLES (HACHETTE) N°60: Philip Mortimer's Bentley Based on the album: The Oath of the Five Lords. Collector's model in metal and injection-molded plastic, from the official Hachette collection, reproducing the mythical vintage Bentley in "British Racing Green" color driven by Professor Mortimer. The miniature is presented on a black display base inscribed with the album title and includes a small character at the wheel. Exceptional feature of this lot: This issue is offered here in a very rare "original" configuration, accompanied by its official Hachette "INFORMATION IMPORTANTE" vintage yellow insert (dated May 2013). This document from the publisher announces to subscribers and buyers a delay in publication and the free distribution of corrected miniatures following production hazards on previous issues (notably the Type H, the Land Rover and the Bentley itself). A true collector's archive. Features and contents: Status: mint in original sealed packaging (original plastic over-blister intact, never opened). Components included: * The green Bentley miniature and its driver on base. The exclusive documentary booklet n°60 inserted in the back. Hachette yellow patch insert sealed at the front of the bag. Condition: Vehicle: mint condition. The model is impeccably protected under its original transparent thermoformed hard shell. Details of the bodywork, chrome grille and figurine are intact. Packaging / Booklet: The set is preserved fully sealed in its original bag. The large red cardboard backing at the rear is well preserved and very clean, as is the publisher's notice on the front, which has retained its bright yellow color without insolation. Period barcodes and price tags are present on the bag. A complete and historic archival copy, ideal for the most demanding collectors of Edgar P. Jacobs' universe.
