BLAKE & MORTIMER FANTASY CARS & VEHICLES (HACHETTE) No. 50: The Atlantis Car Based on the album: The Enigma of Atlantis. Collector's model in metal and injection-molded plastic, from the official Hachette collection, faithfully reproducing the red land vehicle of the Atlantis civilization. With its futuristic, streamlined lines, large blue-tinted windscreen and white trident symbol on the front hood, this vehicle is one of Edgar P. Jacobs' most striking graphic creations. The miniature is presented disassembled on its card, next to its black circular display base bearing the inscription "La Voiture Atlante" ("The Atlantean Car"). Characteristics and contents of the lot: Status: mint in original sealed packaging (original plastic over-blister intact). Components included: * Red Atlantean car miniature. Dedicated black circular display stand. Exclusive documentary booklet n°50 inserted in the back. Condition: Vehicle: mint condition. The model is impeccably protected in its original thermoforming. The red paintwork is perfectly shiny, and the trident logo and upper glazing are free of defects. Packaging / Booklet: The set is preserved fully sealed in its original bag. The large, soft blue cardboard backing is well preserved, with very slight natural rippling at the top edges due to storage, but overall remains flat and very clean. A must-have retro-futuristic design for any collector of the series.
