BLAKE AND MORTIMER FANTASY CARS & VEHICLES (HACHETTE) No. 52: The Police H-Type Based on the album: La Marque Jaune. Collector's model in metal and injection-molded plastic, from the official Hachette collection, reproducing the mythical Citroën Type H ("salad basket") police van, emblematic of the patrol and intervention scenes in the London of the 1950s described by Edgar P. Jacobs. The miniature is presented on its original black display base. Characteristics and contents of the lot: Status: mint in its original sealed packaging (original plastic over-blister intact). Components included: * The Citroën Type H miniature on its base. The exclusive documentary booklet n°52, including a magnifying glass analysis of the work (La Marque Jaune), a thematic dossier on nature in the series, and detailed character sheets (Docteur Kaufmann and Louis). Condition: Vehicle: mint condition. The model is impeccably preserved inside its original transparent thermoformed hard shell. The two-tone (black and white) paintwork, "POLICE" markings, characteristic front grille and small parts are all intact. Packaging / Booklet: The set is preserved fully sealed in its original bag. As is often the case with this series, the large, soft, red cardboard backing shows visible warping and deformation from storage (notably a curved bottom corner), but the inner booklet and rigid central blister pack remain very well protected. A must-have model, highly representative of the series' most famous album.
