SPIROU - Journal album, n°78 Dupuis, 1961. Large in-4 hardback, red cloth spine, first cover illustrated in color. A very fine early collection from Journal Spirou, corresponding to issue 78, in direct continuity with the great Franquin - Jidéhem period. The particularly attractive cover shows Spirou, Fantasio and the Marsupilami in a southern urban scene, accompanied by a large tube marked with the initials "Z", a direct reference to the world of Zorglub. This highly graphic, sunny illustration belongs to the most sought-after period of Dupuis collections from the early 1960s.
