Document relating to a geographical publication Interesting document in which Victor-Adolphe Malte-Brun releases his publisher from his commitments relating to a publication treaty. It states: "Monsieur Alphonse Taride [...] having assigned and transported [...] the treaty [...] relating to the publication of France géographique, historique et administrative [...] I discharge [...] from all his commitments..." This publication, known today as France illustrée, is a major 19th-century descriptive geography project.
