SPIROU - Journal album, n°126 Dupuis, 1972. Large in-4 hardback, blue cloth spine, first cover illustrated in color. Important collection from Journal Spirou, corresponding to 126ᵉ Album du Journal, published in early 1972. The cover adopts a very graphic and modern presentation, with an almost "poster" layout: a large central visual depicting an elegant female figure in a big red hat, accompanied by the words "700 pages of gags and stories - 500 adventures". This advertising typography, very characteristic of the early 1970s, gives the book a strong personality. This issue marks the aesthetic evolution of Dupuis collections towards a more editorialized layout.
