This album compiles one- and two-page gags featuring Talon confronting his neighbor Hilarion Lefuneste, his beer-loving father, and his betrothed, the virginal Virgule de Guillemets. Greg's humor here is based on a virtuoso, parodic use of the French language, where Talon's interminable tirades contrast with the banality of situations.
