17TH CENTURY Carved beech armchair with scrolled queen-size back decorated with flowers. Sinuous scrolled armrests and whiplash-shaped arm supports set back from the seat. Curved waistband and corner spandrels carved in relief with flowers and rosebuds. Resting on curved legs. Later period wickerwork back and seat. France, XVIIIᵉ century, Louis XV period. 97 x 64 x 53 cm Sold by designation. Address in Normandy.
