[Paquebots]. Cie générale transatlantique (French Line). Two promotional presentation brochures: one for "Île de France" (21 x 27 cm), 24 pp. ill. with B&W photo drawings in stapled four-color cover; published following the liner's renovation in 1949; the other for "De Grasse" (22 x 27 cm), 16 pp. ill. with B&W photos in stapled four-color cover; published on the occasion of the liner's renovation in 1947; (text in English). In both cases, color longitudinal section of the liner in central double-page spread. Used condition. Also included is the special July 1935 issue of Art et Industrie magazine, which devotes 38 pages to Normandie; in addition to the detailed common areas with numerous B&W photos on some 20 pages, the luxury apartments (Leleu, Dominique, Montagnac, Süe) are each presented on a highly illustrated double-page spread. Spine chipped and cover faded and almost detached; first advertising page creased and torn, but internally complete and correct. (GZ162 A/B/C)
