United State Pavilion Japan Exposition 1970 Osaka 1970, 267x210mm, 32p. stapled in photographic cover, printed in Japan by Dai-Nippon. Photography, painting, sports, space exploration, architecture, folk art, modern art, pavilion structure, numerous color and black & white photographs, list of participants and sponsors, English and Japanese text. The American pavilion, conceived as an inflatable structure supported by a tensile frame, was designed by the Davis, Brody, Chermayeff, Geismar, Hara Associates team, assisted by David Geiger-Horst Berger. The Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of New York and the Los Angeles County Museum, among others, participated (103855).
