NIVESE (NIVESE OSCARI - BORN 1944) Armchair in lacquered wood in shades of blue. Signed on the later foot, numbered 1/1 and dated 85 (wear on the top of the back). H 108 x W 75 x D 50 cm HISTORICAL This chair is a prototype created for La Courtade, Henri Vidal's property in Porquerolles, which became the Carmignac Foundation in 2000. Nivese Oscari is the only female artist to have studied at the Ecole de Nice, which she joined in 1973.
