H 33 x W 34 cm PROVENANCE : Artist's studio Born in the early 90s, Oxydo-Gravure is a technique that consists in letting metals shape their imprints on paper treated to withstand 6 months in the open air. The result is a sheet where the imprints evoke shapes. Depending on the lunar cycles, the seasons and the metals deposited on the paper, different colors and hues are obtained. The patent for this technique lies in the chemical compound that enables the paper to resist bacteria in nature, and the special pencil that self-fixes with the oxide patina.
