OSAKA WORLD EXPOSITION 1970 "Hiroshi Kawazoe Teiji Ito". Set of 4 brochures. - Expo '70 Fuji Group Pavilion Brochure, Tokyo, 182x128mm, 12p, stapled in illustrated cover. This was an inflatable building in the shape of a holo-chariot. It consisted of 16 air beams, each 4 meters in diameter and 78 meters long, connected horizontally and powered by compressed air. Its immense interior space, without a single column, was 31 m60 high and could easily accommodate a 10-storey building. The Multivision film was projected onto a giant screen 13 meters high and 19 meters wide. Developed in-house, it used 210 mm film.
