MOROCCO - 20th Anniversary of Independence, numbered First Day of Issue envelope, 1975 MOROCCO. INDEPENDENCE - PHILATELY / FIRST DAY OF ISSUE. Official First-Day-of-Issue envelope commemorating the 20th anniversary of Morocco's Independence, 1955–1975, featuring all three denominations of the issue: 0.40, 0.70, and 1.00 dirham. The stamps feature, among others, Mohammed V and Hassan II, as well as a historic scene depicting the celebration of independence. Special first-day postmarks from Rabat, 1975. Illustrated envelope bearing the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Morocco, with a bilingual caption and the French inscription “20th Anniversary of Independence.” Copy numbered 3232. Side inscription: “Exclusive C.O.S.P.T. First Day of Issue.” Condition: very fine overall presentation; envelope slightly weathered, stamps well-preserved, and postmarks clear. Must be kept intact.
