REMARCK (Colette). *Les Mains nouées*. No place, no publisher, 1953. Narrow 8vo (approx. 22.5 × 13.5 cm), paperback, cream cover printed in black and red, frontispiece engraved by Jo Etcheverry. First edition, printed in a limited run of only 500 copies on alfa mousse paper from Papeteries Navarre, all numbered. Copy no. 104. This limited print run constitutes the entire edition. A precious copy enhanced by an autograph dedication signed by Colette Remarck to Madame Thirion, with a tribute to Louis Thirion: “To Madame Thirion, in friendly remembrance of our summer vacation years; to Engineer Louis Thirion, as a token of grateful affection for his teaching. Colette Remarck. ” A rare collection of poetry, including notably *Problème*, *Le Juif errant*, and *Destins*. Printed in 1953 by Imprimerie Nancéienne in Nancy. Copy in very good condition, untrimmed; cover slightly faded with a few minor signs of wear. The autographed dedication adds further interest to a work that is already quite rare.
