An edition from the bibliophile collection “Une œuvre, un portrait,” featuring a portrait of Julien Green by Jean Cocteau, woodcut by G. Aubert. Paperback, printed salmon-colored cover, title on spine. Untrimmed copy. Based on the photographs, the cover is slightly faded with minor scuffs, but overall the book is fresh and noticeably cleaner than some earlier copies. Cocteau’s portrait is the main bibliophilic attraction of this edition.
