Commemorative stamp marking the 300th anniversary of the Norwegian postal service, face value 5 øre, carmine, depicting Hannibal Sehested (1609–1666) against an urban backdrop. Inscriptions: “NORGE - 1647 POST 1947” and “HANNIBAL SEHESTED 1609 1666.” Used copy, perforated. Heavy mechanical cancellation with wavy lines crossing the portrait and the inscription; well-used condition.
