NICOLLE (Henri). Born in Fresquienne, 1767—died in 1829. Bookseller, director of the Collège Sainte-Barbe in Paris, a leading institution of higher education during the Empire and the Restoration, which educated many prominent intellectuals and administrators. Autograph letter signed “H. Nicolle, college director.” Paris, November 14, 1821. 1 page, in-4.
