GOSCINNY (René) - UDERZO (Albert) - Asterix the Gaul Paris, Dargaud, 1964 In-4, publisher's illustrated boards Second edition of this album, identifiable with : the legal deposit date of 3ᵉ quarter 1961, the second plate featuring the stars with the indication of the 12 titles in the Collection Pilote, including Asterix and the Goths mentioned as Déjà paru. This is the first of 24 comic strips published during René Goscinny's lifetime, with texts illustrated by Albert Uderzo. Condition Very good condition: clean interior, boards very well preserved, no apparent major defects.
