FAN XIXE SIECLE - SCENE GALANTE Folded-type fan. The openwork mother-of-pearl strands and plumes are decorated with gilded metal inlays of flowers and foliage. The paper leaf is decorated with an oil painting of a gallant scene in a wooded landscape (one of the plumes is cut, a strand is missing, and the lower part of the leaf is missing material).
