Numerous black-and-white illustrations and plates. Edmond Jaloux, director; Florent Fels, editor-in-chief. The journal, founded in 1924, was published until 1942. This issue includes, among others: N. S. Krom, “The Ancient Art of Bali”; M. Rostovtzeff, “Chinese Art of the Han Dynasty”; Victor Segalen, “Yellow Earth”; Maurice Betz, “The Ideas of Count von Keyserling and the Asian Movement in Germany”; Albert Maybon, “The Cernuschi Museum Exhibition.” An interesting issue featuring the pre-publication version of Victor Segalen’s *Terre Jaune*, published here in October 1924 and later included in the appendices to his collected works. A fine copy, with a slightly yellowed and soiled cover, minor marks and slight rubbing; the pages are fresh.
